We are the Immunology and Informatics core for the Oklahoma Center for Microbial Pathogenesis and Immunity (OCMP&I) Center of Biomedical Research Excellence (COBRE) Insufficient information letter sent 6 22 2026 - waiting for URL The Immunology and Informatics Core (IIC) provides access to cutting edge instrumentation in flow cytometry including the Cytek Aurora Evo analyzer and the Cytek Aurora CS. Services provided by the flow cytometry branch include guidance in flow cytometry sample preparation, panel design, instrument usage, cell sorting, and troubleshooting. The informatics branch of the IIC provides services in complex multiomics data analysis including proteomics, metabolomics, bulk RNA sequencing, single cell RNA sequencing, and spatial transcriptomics. In addition, the informatics branch provides consultation in experimental design, training and guidance in data analysis, and assistance with troubleshooting. Both branches of the IIC are led by masters and Ph.D. level scientists with significant background and expertise in their respective areas.
