University of Copenhagen Novo Nordisk Foundation Center for Basic Metabolic Research Metabolomics Platform Core Facility is equipped with a high resolution mass spectrometer with two distinct separation technologies - a second generation dual Trapped Ion Mobility Spectrometry (TIMS) analyzer which provides collision cross section values and Parallel Accumulation Serial Fragmentation (PASEF) which allows downstream selection of precursor ions for fragmentation.
