Bladder cancer (BCa) remains a major global health challenge with high recurrence and progression rates. Although metabolic reprogramming is recognized as a hallmark of cancer, the molecular mechanisms driving glycolysis in BCa are incompletely understood. ATAD3A, a mitochondrial membrane protein implicated in various malignancies, has not been characterized in BCa. This study aimed to investigate the role of ATAD3A in BCa progression and elucidate the molecular mechanisms linking ATAD3A to tumor metabolism.
