We investigated the associations between v-Raf murine sarcoma viral oncogene homolog B1 (BRAFV600E, henceforth BRAF) and v-Ki-ras2 Kirsten rat sarcoma viral oncogene homolog (KRAS) mutations and colorectal cancer (CRC) prognosis, using The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) and the Gene Expression Omnibus (GSE39582) datasets.
