Many studies have investigated how cognitive control may be compromised in cocaine addiction. Here, we extend this literature by employing spatial Independent Component Analysis (ICA) to describe circuit dysfunction in relation to impairment in response inhibition in cocaine addiction.

Group ICA of fMRI Toolbox (tool)

A MATLAB toolbox which implements multiple algorithms for independent component analysis and blind source separation of group (and single subject) functional magnetic resonance imaging data. GIFT works on MATLAB 6.5 and higher. Many ICA algorithms were generously contributed by Dr. Andrzej Cichocki.
