PVD development is quite strongly affected by high levels of actin-perturbing DeAct-GS1 expression in PVD and FLP. Phenotype is more severe than that of the low DeAct-GS1 expressing strain STR199, but weaker than that of the DeAct-SpvB expressing strain STR200. Reference: Harterink M, et al.
