Console: Bruker Avance III; Magnet: Ultrashield; Field Strength: 11.7 Tesla/500 MHz. The AVIII 500 MHz solid state NMR spectrometer is equipped with several probes for NMR studies: 1.3mm HFX probe for fast spinning 1H- and 19F-detected experiments, a 3.2mm EFree HCN probe for studies of high-salt 13C, 15N isotopically enriched biomolecules, a NHMFL 3.2mm Low-E HXY probe for for studies of high-salt systems and multinuclear experiments, a Bruker 4mm HX probe (tuning range 15N to 31P), and a Bruker 4mm low gamma probe (tuning range 109Ag to 13C).
