(subclone directly). 3x Cox8: Digest with BamHI and re-ligate. insert at HindIII & AgeI sites. 2x Cox8: Digest with XhoI and re-ligate. insert at HindIII & AgeI sites. 1x Cox8: Digest with HindIII and BamHI. Insert at HindIII & BamHI sites.
