HapApp

Software package that takes DArTag Missing Allele Discovery Count (MADC) files with sequential allele IDs and matches the short sequence reads against the current public microhaplotype database. If no match is found, the new allele is appended to the microhaplotype database and assigned a new unique fixed allele ID. If a match is found for an allele already in the microhaplotype database, the sequential allele ID is renamed with the unique fixed allele ID. The output file is an MADC file with globally unique fixed allele IDs.
