DCHG-DTI

This resource includes datasets and code related to predicting drug-target interactions, primarily based on a dual-channel heterogeneous graph neural network. We have developed a dual-channel heterogeneous graph neural network that combines sequence and two-dimensional graph data to extract features of drugs and proteins. These features are integrated using a multi-head bilinear attention mechanism. Ultimately, we employ XGBoost for prediction, which is applied in the screening of anti-aging drugs.

IntaRNA

Web application for prediction of interactions between two RNA molecules. Used to predict mRNA target sites for given non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) like eukaryotic microRNAs (miRNAs) or bacterial small RNAs (sRNAs), but it can also be used to predict other types of RNA-RNA interactions. IntaRNAv2 enables enhanced parameterization as well as fully customizable control over prediction modes and output formats.
