THIS RESOURCE IS NO LONGER IN SERVICE, documented August 24, 2016. A software which is used with gel electrophoresis analysis and is used with the Ettan DIGE system. This system allows the option of reference to the internal standard for each spot, which ultimately eliminates gel-to-gel variation, and gives quantitation. This gel comparison method introduces nearly zero statistical error.

Stopwatch+

A software which tracks the number of occurrences and duration of up to 16 defined events. The user can group events together so that turning on one event in a group will automatically turn off other active events in the group. Sessions can end after a fixed length of time, or the sessions can be ended manually, At the end of the session, the data can be saved in a comma-delimited file which can be easily imported into a spreadsheet application.
