HNPP Fluorescent Detection Set

HNPP is a fluorescent substrate for alkaline phosphatase that enables sensitive detection of biomolecules. Upon dephosphorylation, HNPP produces a strongly fluorescent precipitate on membranes with a maximum of absorbance at 290nm and a maximum of fluorescence emission at 509nm. The dephosphorylated form of HNPP, HNP, alone possesses weak affinity to tissues and chromosome preparations. For in situ applications HNPP is coupled with the diazonium salt Fast Red TR.

survival v2.40-1

Extending the Cox Model is aimed at researchers, practitioners, and graduate students who have some exposure to traditional methods of survival analysis. The emphasis is on semiparametric methods based on the proportional hazards model. The inclusion of examples with SAS and S-PLUS code will make the book accessible to most working statisticians.

NExT-EMA

Software for combined elementary flux mode and network-embedded thermodynamic analysis.

FluxModeCalculator

Software for performing flux mode analysis in stoichiometric models. FluxModeCalculator enables large-scale elementary flux mode (EFM) computation and uses the OpenMP API to optimally exploit processor architectures with multiple cores., THIS RESOURCE IS NO LONGER IN SERVICE. Documented on September 16,2025.

EFMTool

Software for computating and calculating elementary flux modes. EFMtool computes elementary flux modes (EFMs) of metabolic networks. EFM computation is a special case of extreme ray enumeration of polyhedral cones.

BLINK

Software for next level of genome wide association studies with both individuals and markers in millions. The method releases the requirement that causative genes are evenly distributed on genome and consequently boosts statistical power.
