In April 2015 and June 2018, Vitallihua (Beijing, China) introduced C57BL/6 mice from the National Rodent Laboratory Animal Seed Center in China. To distinguish them from the company's existing C57BL/6N subline, they named the C57BL/6 mouse C57BL/6Cnc according to the rodent nomenclature.
