Issue
ISSUE: In the conditions used, this antibody was able to detect overexpressed TRPA1 in HEK293T cells by western blotting, however multiple non-specific strong bands were seen, including close to the molecular weight of the specific bands - making interpretation difficult. In immunofluorescence there is a weak correlation between antibody staining and the GFP reporter for TRPA1 - suggesting some sensitivity, but poor specificity in the conditions used.
