Proper Citation: UNMCCC Flow Cytometry Shared Resource (RRID:SCR_028918)
Description: The Flow Cytometry Shared Resource provides centralized access to advanced cytometry technologies and expert technical support for UNMCCC members, UNM laboratories, and the broader scientific community. The Resource offers state-of-the-art flow cytometric analysis and high-speed cell sorting through a repertoire of scalable service models, including full-service acquisition, assisted workflows, and independent use—all tailored to meet diverse user needs and levels of expertise. Services support a wide array of applications, including classical immunophenotyping, cell cycle and apoptosis analysis, tumor microenvironment and leukocyte infiltration studies, and single-cell sorting for monoclonal line generation, CRISPR library construction, or integration into sort-to-sequencing workflows (e.g., 10x Genomics scRNA-seq). Bulk sorting is also available for re-culturing, transplantation, or downstream omics analyses.
