Target Antigen: ALS9-1
Host Organism: mouse
Clonality: monoclonal
Comments:
Applications: ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence
INFO: Deposited by Hoyer, L.L. - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
INFO: C. albicans ALS9 has two common alleles (ALS9-1 and ALS9-2). The alleles encode proteins that are 84% identical in the N-terminal adhesive domain. Als9-1 is less involved in endothelial cell adhesion than the other isoform, Als9-2. Monoclonal antibodies deposited here differentiate between the Als9-1 and Als9-2 proteins.
