Comments: The BamHI site is 27 bp from the ATG and the HindIII site is 115 bp from the stop. Note that the T4 Lysozyme insert sequence provided by the depositing laboratory differs from GenBank reference sequence NP_049736.1 at two amino acids: R12G and I137R. These differences were confirmed by Addgene's sequencing results.
