Description: Software Python package and command-line toolkit for processing and analyzing three-dimensional brain imaging data, particularly cleared-tissue light-sheet fluorescence microscopy datasets. Supports image preprocessing, atlas registration, cell segmentation and quantification, voxel-wise statistical analysis, cluster characterization, and region-wise analysis of fluorescence intensity and cell density. UNRAVEL also facilitates integration of brain-wide imaging results with Allen Institute resources, including the Allen Brain Cell Atlas and neuronal connectivity datasets, to investigate the cellular and circuit-level organization of observed brain activity patterns.
