Description: Portal provides system that combines open source hardware and software for control of behavioral experiments. Open source framework, combines Python scripts and Micropython microcontroller. Framework can be run through command line interface, or in user friendly graphical user interface that allows users to manage variety of devices such as nose pokes, LED drivers, stepper motor controllers and more. Data collected using this system can then be imported into Python for data analysis.
