Defining Citation: PMID:19325077
Vector Backbone Description: Backbone Size:5500; Vector Backbone:pSIN4-EF2-IRES-Pur; Vector Types:Mammalian Expression, Lentiviral, Other, reprogramming; Bacterial Resistance:Ampicillin
Comments: After lentivirus infection, Klf4 and cMyc are coexpressed by CMV promoter and IRES intron. Infections with this lentivirus, when used with pSIN4-EF2-O2S and pSIN4-EF2-N2L have a significantly greater reprogramming efficiency than our original 4 lentiviruses. NOTE: Addgene's quality control sequence found a K269T in Klf4. This mutation is not known to affect function.
