Comments: It is used to standardize new parts for EMMA toolkit. New DNA fragments (parts) are cloned into this plasmid replacing the RFP gene through a BsaI Golden Gate reaction. The resulting plasmid will have the part flanked by BsmBI sites and the fusion sites corresponding to position 9 of EMMA platform.
