Comments: 2nd generation lentivirus packaging vector. Known to work with many of the Aebischer and Trono lab lentiviral vectors, as well as the pLKO system. Produces higher titer than pCMV-dR8.2 dvpr. Note: This plasmid may run as a dimer. Try testing multiple colonies to select the monomer. It may be helpful to follow protocols for low copy plasmids.
