  • RRID:Addgene_28998

http://www.addgene.org/28998

Species: Homo sapiens
Genetic Insert: Ple138
Vector Backbone Description: Backbone Size:17590; Vector Backbone:pEMS1040; Vector Types:Pleiades Promoter Project [sic, Pleaides Plieades]; Bacterial Resistance:Ampicillin
References:
Comments: Insert was not sequence confirmed, ends may be different and may contain some internal SNPs (sequence is based on initial cloning design, and not necessarirly final cloning design) Please note that Addgene's sequencing results with the oEMS2493 primer differ from the full sequence information provided by the depositing laboratory by a 3 nucleotide mismatch at bp# 179-182. This difference is not known to affect the function of the plasmid

    This resource has 10+ mentions.

http://www.addgene.org/28213

Species: Mus musculus
Genetic Insert: Oct4, Sox2, Klf4, c-Myc, Lin28
Vector Backbone Description: Backbone Marker:invitrogen; Backbone Size:10200; Vector Backbone:pCEP4; Vector Types:Mammalian Expression; Bacterial Resistance:Ampicillin
References:
Comments: Please note that Addgene's sequencing results using the CMV-F and pCEP-F primers found 2 sequence variants within and after the CMV enhancer. One is a C->G mismatch at position 775 within the CMV enhancer and the second is a deletion at position 949 just after the end of the CAG enhancer, as compared to the full plasmid sequence provided by the depositing scientist. The significance of the two sequence variants is unclear; however, the plasmid functions as described in the associated publication. Addgene's other 4 sequencing results completely matched the depositor's sequence.

  • RRID:Addgene_28214

http://www.addgene.org/28214

Species: Danio rerio

Vector Backbone Description: Backbone Marker:Yves Durocher, NRC; Backbone Size:5925; Vector Backbone:pTT3; Vector Types:Mammalian Expression; Bacterial Resistance:Ampicillin
References:
Comments: See map and Genbank file for plasmid details. Please note that Addgene's sequencing results identified 4 single nucleotide mismatches (at bp# 3373, 3376, 3380 and 3386) when compared to the full plasmid sequence. These mismatches do not affect the production of recombinant antibodies, nor the affinity of the antibody for its antigen.
