Pick WT and check for correct segregation of progeny to maintain. External left primer: AGATTCGGCAAGAGAGGTCA. External right primer: AAAGTTTTGCTCCTGTGCGT. Internal left primer: TAATAATCCCTTGAGCCCCC.
