Species: Homo sapiens
Genetic Insert: NbVHH05-human IgG-TEV-Avi-His
Vector Backbone Description: Backbone Marker:Ah-Ram Kim (Perrimon Lab); Vector Backbone:pMT-HGP-v3; Vector Types:Insect Expression; Bacterial Resistance:Ampicillin
Defining Citation: PMID:35076390
Comments: This is extensively engineered vector. Originally, HGP (heat shock promoter-GFP-T2A-promoter) was added into pAW vector by Gibson cloning, resulting in pAW-HGP vector. And then, the cloning part including N-term Signal peptide / FLAG peptide and C-term TEV site/Avi-tag/His-tag) was introduced into pAW-HGP vector, resulting in pAW-HGP-v2. Finally, the Actin promoter was replaced with pMT promoter, resulting in final vector pMT-HGP-v3. Please visit https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2021.04.16.440240v1 for BioRxiv preprint.

Species: Xenopus laevis
Genetic Insert: siamois promoter
Vector Backbone Description: Backbone Marker:promega; Backbone Size:4818; Vector Backbone:pGL3-Basic; Vector Types:Luciferase; Bacterial Resistance:Ampicillin
Defining Citation: PMID:9308964
Comments: Plasmid History: Constructed by David Kimelman, 6/6/96 XVII p. 98. Notes for Use: The -3.0kb-siamois promoter was directionally cloned into the KpnI and BglII sites of the luciferase reporter vector pGL3B (Promega) upstream of the luciferase ATG. The -0.8kb promoter construct was generated by digesting the -3.0kb/pGL3B construct with KpnI and at an internal EcoRI site to remove 2.2 kb of intervening sequence, filling in with DNA polymerase I large fragment and religating. The Kpn site was lost but the R1 site was regenerated in the ligation. The size of the insert is approximate. Citation: Brannon et al., Gene and Development 11:2359-2370, 1997.
