Notes: A 4.5 kb fragment of human ATP7B cDNA was blunt-end ligated into the pCXN2 vector that contained the CAG promoter to generate pCXN2ATP7B which was microinjected into the pronuclei of LEC/Crlj. The transgenic founders were identified by the PCR analysis of the tail-DNA. National BioResource Project for the Rat in Japan
