The goal of the project, initiated by the BioModels.net effort is to produce a set of guidelines suitable for use with any structured format for computational models. MIRIAM is a registered project of the MIBBI (Minimum Information for Biological and Biomedical Investigations). If you are looking for the online resources providing support to MIRIAM Standard, please go to: MIRIAM Resources.

SciCrunch is a data sharing and display platform. Anyone can create a custom portal where they can select searchable subsets of hundreds of data sources, brand their web pages and create their community. SciCrunch will push data updates automatically to all portals on a weekly basis. User communities can also add their own data to scicrunch, however this is not currently a free service.
