Kisspeptin receptor (KISS1R) is expressed in hypothalamic gonadotropin-releasing hormone neurons and responsible for pubertal onset and reproductive functions. KISS1R mutations remain a rare cause of congenital hypogonadotropic hypogonadism (CHH).
